Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All Credence shampoos are dermatologically tested on human volunteers with sensitive skin over a 48-hour period.
Each formula achieved the highest possible rating (0) for skin irritancy and was classified as non-irritant.
Every bottle is approved to carry the statement “Sensitive Formula. Dermatologically Tested.”
What if the product isn’t for me?
Our 28-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to experience Credence properly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 28 days of delivery.
Simply return the bottle with a reasonable amount of product remaining and we'll refund the purchase price.
The guarantee applies to products purchased directly from Credencehair.com. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products appear to have been excessively used, intentionally emptied, tampered with, or abused.
Do your shampoos contain parabens, sulfates, SLS, or SLES?
No. Credence shampoos are formulated without:
- SLS & SLES
- Parabens
- Phthalates
- Synthetic dyes
- Cocamide DEA
- Mineral oils
Everything your hair needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes. All Credence shampoos are suitable for vegetarian and vegans
Do you test on animals?
No. Credence shampoos are never tested on animals. We do not test our finished products on animals or commssion animal testing on our behalf.

- The bottle must be returned with a reasonable quantity of product remaining

Your refund — Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on the Credence website.
Sale items, samples, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect .
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@credencehair.com
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund
Refunds are limited to one satisfaction-guarantee claim per customer household unless otherwise agreed by us.
