Are your products dermatologically tested?
Yes. All Credence shampoos are dermatologically tested on human volunteers with sensitive skin over a 48-hour period.
Each formula achieved the highest possible rating (0) for skin irritancy and is classified as non-irritant.
Every bottle is officially approved as “Sensitive Formula. Dermatologically Tested.”
What if the product isn’t for me?

We want you to experience Credence properly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 28 days of delivery.
To qualify for a refund:
- the product must have been purchased directly from the www.credencehair.com
- the request must be made within 28 days of delivery
- the bottle must be returned with a reasonable quantity of product remaining
We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products appear to have been excessively used, intentionally emptied, tampered with, or abused.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

Do your shampoos contain parabens, sulfates, SLS, or SLES?
No. Credence shampoos are completely free from:
- SLS & SLES
- Parabens
- Phthalates
- Synthetic dyes
- Cocamide DEA
- Mineral oils
Only what your hair needs - nothing it doesn’t.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes. All Credence shampoos are 100% vegetarian and vegan-friendly.
Do you test on animals?
Never. We are firmly against animal testing.
Credence shampoos are not tested on animals at any stage, and we do not use ingredients that have been tested on animals by third parties.
Our testing is done on humans always.

Sale items, samples, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@credencehair.com
Where appropriate, we may request photographs or return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund
Refunds are limited to one satisfaction-guarantee claim per customer household unless otherwise agreed by us.
