28-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to experience Credence properly. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 28 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from the Credence website. www.credencehair.com 
  • The request must be made within 28 days of delivery.
  • The bottle must be returned with a reasonable quantity of product remaining

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where products appear to have been excessively used, intentionally emptied, tampered with, or abused.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@credencehair.com

Where appropriate, we may request photographs or return of the product before issuing a replacement or refund.

Refunds are limited to one satisfaction-guarantee claim per customer household unless otherwise agreed by us.
